Eligibility Categories for Green Cards

There are several paths to obtaining a Green Card, each with specific eligibility requirements. At iUS Immigration, we specialize in the following categories:

1.   Family-Based Green Cards:

o    Immediate relatives of U.S. citizens (spouses, children under 21, and parents).
