The Naturalization Process
The process of becoming a U.S. citizen involves several steps:

Initial Assessment and Consultation:
We evaluate your eligibility for citizenship, discuss your immigration history, and identify any potential issues that could impact your application.

Preparation of Form N-400:
Our team assists in preparing the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400), ensuring all information is accurate and complete.

Biometrics Appointment:
After filing your application, USCIS will schedule a biometrics appointment for you to provide fingerprints, a photograph, and a signature.
Naturalization Interview and Test:
You will be required to attend an interview with a USCIS officer and take the English and civics tests. We help you prepare for both the interview and the tests to maximize your chances of success.
Oath of Allegiance:
If your application is approved, you will attend a naturalization ceremony, where you will take the Oath of Allegiance to the United States and receive your Certificate of Naturalization.
Additional Citizenship Services
In addition to the standard naturalization process, iUS Immigration offers specialized services for:
- Military Personnel and Their Families: Special provisions and expedited naturalization processes are available for members of the U.S. armed forces and their families.
- Children’s Citizenship: Assistance with obtaining citizenship for children born abroad to U.S. citizens or those who acquire citizenship through their parents.
- Dual Citizenship: Guidance on the implications of holding dual citizenship and assistance with any legal issues that may arise.
- Complex Cases: Support for individuals with complex immigration histories, criminal records, or other issues that may impact their eligibility for citizenship.
